- Payment Options: Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad), Bank Transfer.
- Prices are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

- Delivery within Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
- Courier partners: Pathao, Sundarban, RedX, etc.
- Track your order by contacting our support team.
🔹 3. Returns & Refunds
- Eligible if product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
